  • Self-service availability: Contractors can now submit their availability directly.
  • Availability in the scheduler: Managers can now view team availability directly in the rota planner — no more guesswork or cross-checking!

🔁 Repeat Shifts for Multiple People

No more copy-pasting for every team member. With just a few clicks, you can now repeat a rota across multiple people, making setup faster than ever — perfect for recurring patterns or group assignments.

👥 New “By Role” Scheduling View

Need to make sure each role is covered? Our new “By Role” view in the scheduler lets you see how each shift is staffed based on role — so you’ll never be caught short again.

📨 Worker Inbox: One Place for Everything

Workers now have a dedicated Inbox in MyShiftPlanner as well as their web log-in, where they can:

  • See their upcoming shifts
  • Get notifications
  • View any recent updates

It’s a clearer, simpler way to stay informed and up-to-date

🕒 Enhanced Reporting and Timesheets

Reports are now more powerful and more flexible:

  • The new Timesheet report offers both summaries and detailed logs
  • The improved By Shift Type report lets you choose whether to show:
    • Shift counts
    • Hours worked (including all breaks)
    • Paid hours (excluding unpaid breaks)

Whether you’re tracking payroll, attendance, or coverage, it’s all at your fingertips.
