No. MyShiftPlanner is a flexible system that is designed to support almost any form of shift  rota.

Yes. We offer online support for all users. Our support team are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (UK hours) excluding UK public holidays.

MyShiftPlanner has regular updates, often weekly, which includes new features, bug fixes and refinements.
We have a roadmap of great features we’re adding over the next 12 months, so contact us if you’re interested in a certain feature and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes! We offer personal demos or pre-recorded online video demos.
Use the Book a Demo buttons on the site to see what options are available to suit you.

Once your trial is completed, you’ll have the option to continue using the system by choosing one of the paid license options (see below). If you don’t wish to continue, your account will remain active for a further 14 days. After this your account and all data associated with your account will be deleted.

You can leave the 14 day free trial at any time. Once the 14 day trial is over, your account will remain open for you to re-activate for a further 14 days. After this, your account and all data associated with your account will be deleted.

MyShiftPlanner – TEAM is designed primarily to work with smaller teams up to 200 people. However, we are constantly updating the system, which is flexible enough to manage much larger teams and organisations. If you have a larger team and want to find out if MyShiftPlanner can support your scheduling needs, get in touch. We’ll be happy to explore your options.

Yes! MyShiftPlanner is designed to work well on both phone, tablet and desktop through your web browser for on-the-go team management.
MyShiftPlanner also includes licenses for our very popular MyShiftPlanner mobile app, which we recommend your team uses to access their work rotas. Available as a free download from the App Store and Play Store.

MyShiftPlanner -Team is built on a flexible platform that allows us to integrate with many other systems, should the need arise. Talk to our team about your integration needs.

No! From the start we designed it to be easy to use, and familiar to anyone used to using spreadsheets.
We provide training materials, and help within the product to answer most questions.
Our team are also on-hand to help you get started and answer any questions you may have.

Your data is stored in UK data centres. All data is encrypt data while stored and in transit for peace of mind.

Data within an active account is kept indefinitely. It is backed up daily, weekly and monthly (3 separate period backups). All backups are stored encrypted within UK data centres for the purposes of disaster recovery only. We keep 3 months of backups after which they are permanently deleted.
If the account is closed or agreements terminated, all data for the account is permanently deleted 30 days after the license end date. You can request the data deleted sooner than that after license expiry.
If there’s a requirement to delete active data within an active account after a certain period (e.g. 7 years from creation), it can be supported on your request, but not something offered by default.
