We’re pleased to announce the release of MyShiftPlanner – Team v3.5, an update that brings our team scheduling platform fully under the MyShiftPlanner brand.
If you’ve known us as MyShiftManager, nothing about how you schedule work has changed – but the name now better reflects what the platform does and who it’s built for.
Why the change?
Over time, it became clear that having separate names for individual and team scheduling created unnecessary confusion. Many customers already referred to the system as MyShiftPlanner, and bringing everything together under one brand creates a clearer, more consistent experience.
MyShiftPlanner – Team now sits alongside the MyShiftPlanner app, supporting both managers and shift workers with tools designed specifically for shift-based work.

What’s new in version 3.5?
Alongside the branding update, this release includes several improvements aimed at making day-to-day scheduling simpler and more flexible.
Dashboard improvements
You can now expand and collapse dashboard widgets, helping you focus on what matters most. We’ve also introduced a New Features Showcase, so important updates don’t get missed.
For workers, the inbox now shows clearer information around shift swaps, including what’s owed by you and what’s owed to you.
More flexible scheduling
When using Paste Repeating or Repeat Forward, you can now choose which days to skip – ideal for real-world shift patterns where schedules aren’t always uniform.
Ongoing improvements
As always, this release also includes bug fixes and general UI improvements to keep everything running smoothly.
